Re: Other Manly Interests
We haven't had any new OMI's in awhile, but I've found one that is quite interesting.
He's not NEW,new, but suddenly he IS interesting...
Cailee and Charles have gotten SOO into "Lost" and I swear it's on every single night! So, I've tried not to get into it, but it's on while I'm on my laptop, and I can't help but look.
And who is on there, but Naveen Andrews! Now, he was by far the best part of "The English Patient". Before I ever had seen that, one of my friends was going on about this gorgeous guy in a turban and how hot he was, and then when he took off the turban and all this hair came down....
YOWZA! and she was right!
And, now here is is, on Lost, and my daughter is starting to say, wow, Sayid is pretty hot!! good taste, girl.
I've ordered The English Patient off Netflix! I haven't watched it in years, but I think it's time, and I'm sure Cailee would like it, it's her kind of movie, and she'll like Naveen's part!!

Re: Other Manly Interests
The same person who recommended Moonlight to me gave me a box of "Lost" to try it out.
OMG....
I do like Sayid's character. And of course the Doctor Jack is my kind of hero... But I am simply forced to drool over Josh Holloway. Please would one of you Divas put on one photo of Sawyer please?
And while you are at it, could you please find some Mick St John photo.
The strange thing about Lost ist that the guys always are dirty and wet and still are delicious. Well the women are too, but I have no interest in wet women.

I know I am greedy, but please... there hasn't been a new photo of Gary Oldman's for quite some time.
By the way, who of you would come to visit Australia with me?

Re: Other Manly Interests
I have to say that I don't like Sawyer's character so much on Lost, he's too much the Southern good ole Texas boy that I find so annoying, probably why I'm not such a fan of Matthew McConnahay, either, same accent, same type...(way too many rednecks in this area to listen to if I want to hear that!)
But I have to say, Josh Hollaway is quite pretty in those pics!

Re: Other Manly Interests
I prefer Naveen. I've liked him since The English Patient as well.

A tribute to Andy Hallett today, after the sad news from Hollywood http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2009/04/02/2533045.htm?section=entertainment.

Re: Other Manly Interests
Speaking of vampire shows... does anyone here watch "Tru Blood"? I have just watched the first two episodes, and I'm already addicted. It's like an NC-17 version of Twilight, only the girl does the mindreading!
The vampire, Bill Compton, he isn't really that attractive, but there is still something about him, it's hard to describe. Any other addicts?

Re: Other Manly Interests
Well, I will have a look. On what channel does it run?
I seem to spend my holiday on Drover's Run. Gazing at the Ryan borthers and the vet.

In Germany on 13th Street at the moment, I suppose it won't make it to free TV before September. Check out this clip from YouTube for a first impression: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCtrevPAcLA
Had to google Drover's Run, I didn't follow that show.

Re: Other Manly Interests
For those interested, Jamie Campell Bower - Anthony in Sweeney Todd - has landed roles in both Twilight: New Moon as Caius AND in HP and the Deathly Hallows as Grindlewald. What do we think, ladies?
