Edit: I used some sources from http://www.superrudi.eu/ (all freeware) and the programme PhotoFiltre.

What do you want to do? Post one that you made yourself? If so, when you are creating a post click on one of the two buttons in the fifth batch of buttons. The one with the photo and a little floppy disk means the forum will host the image - you will be able to upload directly. The one without the floppy disk means you can post from photobucket, so you will need the image URL.

If that made no sense or wasn't what you are asking then let me know!
